National Internal Combustion Engine Quality Supervision and Test Center is the internal combustion engine quality test agency authorized by National Quality Supervision and Inspection Administration, the new vehicle and engine emission-inspecting unit appointed by State Environmental Protection Administration, and products quality inspecting agency of China Vehicle Products Certification Center and China Farm-used Products Certification Center. 

The Center, with all needed facilities and novelty inspection measures, can assume the model inspection, performance inspection, heat-impacting examination, reliability inspection of vehicle and other used diesel and gasoline engines according to the international standard, national standard and industrial standard. Consigned by administration section, it assumes internal combustion engine products quality supervision and spot-checking, producing license and export products quality license inspecting, vehicle emission inspecting, at meanwhile accepts customer consigned inspections.

    The Center established quality system according to the ISO/IEC17025, which can effectively control various factors that impact inspecting quality, ensure that the inspection is fair and scientific, and offering accurate inspecting data and scientific inspecting results. Now it has become the significant national quality-inspecting agency in internal combustion engine industry. The Center advocates honest and faithful inspection; serves the customers inside and outside the country with perfect quality and passion attitude.
