Xiao Yaping got her master degree from Jilin University in 1985.
From 1985 to 1990, she did her main research on cleanse equipment. Since 1996, she has participated many vehicle emission standard establish programs of SEPA. From 2001 to 2002, she was the leader of “emission lab quality control” program, which is a subprogram of China-Europe cooperation program—“Chinese motor vehicle emission pollution control standard, rule and policy research”.
