Ge Yunshan has engaged in environmental protection teaching and research for many years. He has established many Beijing local standards, such as DB11/184-2003, DB11/185-2003 and DB11/121-2003. His does his research on vehicle emission standard, in-use vehicle test technology, clean vehicle and biodiesel. More than 50 of his articles have been published and he has written 6 academic monographs and teaching books.
He is the consultant expert of Society of Automotive Engineers of China.
